No prior experience with breathwork or cold therapy is necessary\, as our experienced instructor will guide you every step of the way. Everyone is welcome - all levels\, including beginners. \n\n\n\nLearn simple\, science-backed breathing techniques to ground your mind and prepare your body for the invigorating experience of a guided cold immersion. Through intentional breathing exercises\, participants release tension and prepare their mind and body. You'll cultivate inner peace\, boost your mood and energy\, and emerge feeling refreshed and revitalized. Experience the powerful synergy of breathwork meditation and cold immersion in this deeply healing and transformative session. The class begins with guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.
