It can involve listening to someone with the goal of understanding their experience. \n\nAwareness:  Concern about and well-informed interest in a situation or fact\n\n\n\nGoals of Group\n\n\n	To foster understanding\, respect\, and collaboration among businesspeople and community leaders\n	To offer educational programs that include opportunities for dialogue and shared experiences\n\n\nGround Rules   This is not a social justice group
