Soul Flow Yoga Paint and Sip
Join us for Soul Flow Yoga Paint-n-Sip - This Special Event is designed to empower your yoga journey with rich elements of vinyasa yoga flow, guided breathwork and deep postures set to soulful music. You'll feel creative and inspired as you are guided to paint your own beautiful art piece. Guys + Gals – all levels welcome including beginners.
This uplifting and energetic vinyasa style practice will ignite your inner light as we move and flow to strengthen the body, engage the core and connect with the breath. Beginning with grounding meditation then warming flow, moving fluidly from one power posture to another focused on creating balance and breath intention. Mixed with mindful alignment and the occasional yin posture to ease into a deeper place of revitalized healing. This practice brings vital energy to all parts of your being while cleansing the body and calming the mind. The pace allows for opportunities to explore deeper variations of poses. Yoga postures are adaptable for all levels whether you like a more challenging or grounding practice. This class is progressive which helps awaken strength, energy, and flexibility to help build your foundation for a meaningful yoga practice.
50-min Soul Flow Yoga class begins at 5pm with Neda
Painting instructions will begin at 6pm with KC Paint Parties and Art by Jonnie Rae. Step by step instructions to create your own masterpiece. No experience needed. Just be ready to have a blast!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, any props needed, towel & water (available @TW). Hydration Advised! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or drink for yourself!
