Get ready for our annual fan-favorite event—back and bigger than ever! Join Neda + Kelly for a high-energy 60-min Bootcamp & Brew at East Forty Brewing, where fitness meets fun and teamwork takes center stage.
This outdoor, family-friendly power workout blends cardio, bodyweight training, strength, intervals, and nonstop motivation. All levels are welcome—whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro, we’ve got you covered.
Here’s where it gets exciting:
You won’t just be working out—you’ll be competing. Grab your crew (teams of 4), pick a team name, rock your team color, and get ready to take on our competition-style obstacle course + workout stations. No team? No worries—you’ll be matched with an awesome one!
Expect laughs, sweat, and a little friendly rivalry as teams battle it out for:

Reward time: After the grind, it’s time to unwind. Your registration includes a well-earned pint of your choice (non-alcoholic options)! Not into beer? East Forty has you covered with kombucha, cold brew, ginger beer, sparkling water, and more—plus pizza, apps, cocktails, and wine if you want to keep the good vibes rolling.
What to Bring/Wear: Workout clothes, athletic shoes, mat, towel, and water (hydration is key!). Need gear? Just let us know—we’ve got extras. Note: This is an outdoor event—weather permitting. (Rain date applies; event is non-refundable.)
