It's designed to offer an empowering, energetic, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Beyond the physical benefits, Buti is a unique yoga practice of going within to unleash deep healing and strength. Unleash the warrior from within and get ready to detox, energize and sweat your asana off! Ending class with deeper asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) to ground down into relaxing Savasana. This experience is great for beginners or experienced Butisattvas.
