FREE Class - Vin-Yin Yoga Flow
Vin-Yin Yoga Flow (45 min) FREE Outdoor Class - This is offered during our Spring into Outdoor Wellness: May Movement Series. Let’s Touch Some Grass, Flow, Restore, and Reconnect. Take your practice outside and reconnect with nature in this practice designed to energize the body and calm the mind. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
This class blends gentle, breath-driven vinyasa flow (Vin) with slower, longer-held restorative poses (Yin) to create a balanced experience of movement and stillness. Begin with a fluid sequence to build heat, improve circulation, and awaken the body, then transition into deep stretches that target connective tissue, release tension, and enhance flexibility.
Set in the fresh spring air, this grounding practice invites you to “touch some grass,” unplug, and be fully present—supporting both physical recovery and mental clarity. Expect mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and a peaceful reset for your body + mind + soul.
Perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, and enjoy the benefits of outdoor movement in a welcoming, community-centered space.
What to wear/bring: please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat or blanket (outdoor-friendly), water, and any props you enjoy such as blocks or straps (available @TW). Stay Hydrated!
