Get ready to GLOW + MOVE + MELT at our annual Glow Yoga Party Night! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners!

The studio transforms under black light for a one-of-a-kind evening of neon, music, movement and a little mystical magic. Grab your brightest workout gear, come ready to glow, and join Neda + Kelly for two uniquely different yoga experiences designed to take you from energized to deeply restored.

30 min Buti Yoga Glow with Neda
30 min Stretch + Restore with Kelly

30 MIN BUTI YOGA GLOW with Neda - Turn up the music and let your body move! This high-energy Buti Yoga experience blends power yoga, HIIT, cardio, dance, strength conditioning, deep abdominal toning, primal movement and pelvic mobility. Expect dynamic movement, tribal-inspired dance, sweat and BIG energy — all under the glow of black lights. No dance or yoga experience necessary. Just come ready to move, have fun and let loose!

30 MIN STRETCH + RESTORE with Kelly - After the energy and intensity of Buti, we'll shift gears into something slower, deeper and more mystical. Kelly will guide you through a soothing stretch + restore experience designed to release tension, open the body and calm the nervous system. Think longer stretches, intentional breathing, gentle movement and moments of stillness — allowing you to melt into the glow and finish the evening feeling grounded, relaxed and renewed.

And the glow doesn't stop there...After class, the party continues! Enjoy refreshing ciders, wine, infused water and light snacks while you browse the boutique. Your registration also includes a Glow Body Paint Kit with neon body paint + temporary tattoos so you can create your own black-light look!
Come dressed to GLOW — neon, bright colors, white, animal print or anything that lights up under black light. The more glow, the better!

Arrive at 6 PM to get your GLOW on! We'll have neon body paint + temporary tattoos ready so you can create your black-light look before we turn down the lights and turn up the music.

Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Hydration Advised!
