Join us for a special year-end celebration to honor yourself, your growth, and your journey! Step into the NEW YEAR with clarity, confidence, and self-love as we Manifest and Make It Happen together in this soulful intention-setting yoga experience. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.

75 min Intention Soul Flow Yoga combines flowing vinyasa movement, deep breathing, and self-reflective meditation to help you release the old and welcome the new. During practice, you’ll also create your own affirmation intention card—a personal reminder of the energy you wish to carry into the year ahead. This uplifting, all-levels class features:

Grounding meditation to center your mind and open your heart
Warming sun salutations and empowering vinyasa sequences
Mindful breathwork to connect body, mind, and spirit
A balance of energizing flow and soothing, longer-held postures for renewal and release
Soulful music to inspire movement and self-discovery

As we flow together, you’ll be guided to reflect on the lessons and growth of the past year, let go of what no longer serves you, and set meaningful intentions that align with your true purpose. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this class invites you to celebrate your progress, cultivate gratitude, and awaken your inner light.

After class, enjoy light snacks, warm herbal tea, sweet treats, and refreshments as we connect and celebrate with our yoga kula community while browsing the TW Shop!

What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, water, and any props for comfort (available @TW). Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Hydration encouraged!
