This session will be presented by a Anne Wallace, Square One Director and Kelly Head, Business Information Librarian. 

Anne Wallace, Ed.D. is a veteran strategist with more than 25 years' experience. She has helped entrepreneurs and executives across the U.S. become astute process and performance improvement specialist by partnering with them to create data-driven turnaround opportunities for their teams. She has spent the last 20 years working in education management. Prior to that she owned a real estate company. Her passion is working with senior leadership and entrepreneurs in creating productive streamlined organizations.

Kelly Head has been the Business Information Librarian for Mid-Continent Public Library since 2017. Prior to working in public libraries, he was the Library Director for the Bainbridge Graduate Institute in Seattle, WA where he helped students in the country’s first Sustainable Business MBA program. He graduated with a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Washington in 2010.
