Eric Sporing has been working as a financial advisor with individuals, families, and business in the Kansas City area since 2010. After working for Edward Jones and US Bank, he decided in 2016 to pursue an independent financial advisor practice and formed ECS Capital Investments and joined LPL Financial.

Vincent DeMarco, DO, is a board‑certified family physician and founder of Keys Health Direct Primary Care in Blue Springs, Missouri. He combines full‑scope family medicine with a relationship‑centered DPC model that prioritizes access, transparency, and preventive care. Dr. DeMarco is committed to restoring the patient‑physician partnership through unhurried visits, wholesale pricing on labs and medications, and a practice built on stewardship and trust.
Tara Lavelle is an experienced business manager with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She is skilled in customer service, personnel management, sales, and strategic planning. She has a Bachelor's degree focused in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, from WGU Missouri. She is a Chamber Champion, has served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors and many committees.
