TRINITY WELLNESS BREATHE TO HEAL WORKSHOP
Join us for a special 2-hour Breathe to Heal Workshop - designed for those new to breathwork to help alleviate stress and anxiety as we usher into a new year of new beginnings. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.
Breathe to Heal is based on the teachings of Max Strom, 4x TEDx speaker, author and global breathing teacher. This technique is designed to alleviate anxiety, depression, PTSD and sleep problems. The workshop will combine yoga postures, breathing practice, journaling, sharing circle and would end with sharing a light meal. We will start on the floor with a relaxing warm-up followed by standing breathwork. The standing breathwork is the Inner Axis Sequence. This sequence is easy and is accessible to people of any fitness level including beginners to the practice. A guided meditation follows with continued focus on breath. Participants will be led through focused journaling surrounding emotional healing and setting intentions for the New Year. We will wrap up the session with a sharing circle, for anyone who wants to share a story or insight. We will close the event with a light lunch.
Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a Yoga mat, water, towel & any props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
