TRINITY WELLNESS OUTDOOR YOGA + WALK + BREW

75 min Outdoor Yoga + Walk + Brew - is a chill style yoga flow on the beautiful shaded outdoor lawn at TW where you can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and zen. Afterward we'll take a quick walk up to East Forty Brewing for a refreshing patio pint of your choice (included with class & non-alcoholic options available). Guys + Gals - all levels welcome, including beginners. 

Take some self-care time for YOU and bring positive vibes into your day! This 45-min Vinyasas Yoga Flow style practice set to upbeat music allows one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating moving stretches, sun salutations, and balance poses to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This can be a challenging or light approach to building your yoga practice with modifications given. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all.

Not into craft beer, no problem they offer non-alcoholic options including kombucha, cold brew coffee, ginger beer & infused sparkling water made in house. They also have a menu of yummy eats, appetizers, salads & more! You are welcome to stay and hang as long as you like @EFB!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, water, any yoga props needed for comfort and any items needed for your outside practice such as sun screen, bug spray, etc. (available @TW). Hydration Advised! Outside event weather permitting - indoor space optional.
