TRINITY WELLNESS WALK + RUN CARDIO CREW 8 WEEK PROGRAM
Join Neda, Health Coach + Trainer at Trinity Wellness for a special Walk + Run Cardio Crew - 8 Week Program! All levels welcome including beginners.
Learn the basics of cardio endurance training, injury prevention, stretch + mobility techniques specific for walkers/runners and reach your health + wellness goals with an accountability group.
- Have you always wanted to be a power walker or runner?
- Do you want to increase circulation, hearty health and overall body wellness?
- Has it been a while since you've been in a cardio program and want to get back into it?
- Do you find that you start but then your body, legs, feet, &/or shins start to ache and then you stop?
This is your chance to start a cardio program that is suited for you! Whether you want to train for a 5K, get outside on nature trails, connect socially with other like minded individuals or go out on your own enjoying the fresh air, this program is perfect for you! Not into running no problem, walking is a GREAT exercise for all ages...so bring that stroller. ;)

Please wear comfortable layered comfortable workout clothes & walking/running shoes (raincoat or sunscreen if needed). Outside - weather permitting raincheck date!
