75-Min Unwind + Release: Free Your Fascia – a restorative myofascial release experience that will melt away tension and restore balance. Reawaken your body’s natural ease and fluidity with this soothing class. Everyone is welcome – all levels, including beginners.
This rejuvenating class is designed to free your fascia—the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles and organs. Through gentle massage, deep breathwork, acupressure and targeted techniques, we’ll release areas of tightness, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation and overall well-being.
Through a blend of self-massage with foam rollers, T Spheres, and yoga props, you’ll learn how to ease and melt away stress, areas of tissue restrictions, enhance your circulation, restore balance and reconnect with your body. With mindful movement and intentional breathing, this practice helps you explore and tune into your body’s signals and cultivate awareness, release, and freedom of movement. This class invites you to slow down, listen inward, and discover the power of mindful release.
