Sallee Development Celebrates Grand Opening of Chapman Ridge with Ribbon Cutting Event

Blue Springs, MO – September 30, 2024 – Sallee Development proudly hosted a Grand Opening ribbon cutting event for Chapman Ridge, a new build-for-rent residential community located in Blue Springs. This momentous occasion marked the nearing completion of the last phase of construction, which is set to be finished by December 2024.
In attendance were esteemed members of the Blue Springs community, trade partners, the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce, and local city officials. Mayor Chris Lievsay and Councilman Ron Fowler were among the key attendees, offering their support and celebrating this addition to the city.

Tyler Sallee, President and CEO of Sallee Development, spoke at the event, providing insight into the project’s various phases and confirming the anticipated completion timeline. He also highlighted the exciting amenities and housing options Chapman Ridge will bring to the area.
