Take a pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with your body through this rejuvenating 90-min wellness experience designed to help you move with greater ease, release built-up tension, and restore balance from the inside out. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
This holistic session blends functional movement, mobility training, self-care techniques, restorative practices, and guided relaxation to support your body's natural ability to heal, recover, and thrive. Whether you're feeling tight, stressed, fatigued, or simply seeking a deeper connection with your well-being, this experience offers practical tools you can continue using long after class ends. Afterward, enjoy light snacks and drink refreshments provided.
Together, we'll explore:
• Functional Movement to improve body awareness, stability, and everyday movement patterns
• Mobility Training to increase flexibility, joint health, and freedom of movement
• Self-Massage + Recovery Techniques using T Spheres (myofascial release therapy balls), and other wellness tools to ease muscle tension and improve circulation
• Restorative Floor Work to encourage deep relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation
• Guided Meditation to cultivate mindfulness, inner calm, and overall well-being
This workshop is perfect for all fitness levels and experience backgrounds, including beginners. Whether you're an active exerciser, busy professional, weekend warrior, recovering from physical stress, or simply prioritizing self-care, you'll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and empowered with simple practices to support your wellness journey.
